Begin with a conversation
Tell Beacon about the project in the New Project chat. Share who it's for and any constraints, and attach your source material. It asks a few questions, then drafts the project for you.
The AI workspace for business analysts
Beacon turns meeting notes and documents into requirements, decisions and diagrams your whole team can trust. It flags what conflicts, and nothing goes live until you ship it.
New information comes in, Beacon spots what it contradicts, and you settle it before anything changes.
The problem
Requirements get agreed in one place and written down in another. By the time anyone builds, nobody is sure which version is true. Beacon gives them one answer.
How it works
Give Beacon whatever you have, in whatever state it's in. There are no templates to fill in first.
Beacon reads the relevant artifacts first and raises what disagrees. You resolve it together, right there in the conversation.
Everything Beacon writes stays a draft until you ship it, so the record only changes when you say so.
Getting started
You don’t begin with a blank page. Beacon drafts your portals, briefs, requirements, glossary, decisions and diagrams from what you already have.

Give each developer Beacon's codebase prompt to run in their AI coding agent. Each one produces a file describing their part of the system. Attach the files and Beacon drafts from what was actually built.

FAQ
An AI workspace for business analysts that holds the artifacts behind a software project, such as requirements, decisions, diagrams and test cases. Its AI Assistant keeps them current from the raw information you give it, and answers questions from them.
Business analysts do most of their work in it. Stakeholders read the documents it produces, and developers connect their coding agents to it.
Yes. Your developers can run Beacon's codebase prompt in their AI coding agents, and Beacon drafts the project from the files they produce and whatever else you attach.
No. The Assistant reads the relevant artifacts and raises the conflicts it finds before it writes, but you make the final call. Treat it as a sharp colleague rather than a guarantee.
A functional requirements specification (FRS), a business requirements specification (BRS), an admin guide and a user guide for each application in your project. They are assembled from your current artifacts, in your own branding, and can be printed to PDF.
Everything the Assistant or a coding agent writes is saved as a draft for you to ship. Coding agents can't publish at all, and earlier versions can be restored.
No. Beacon holds the test cases, and your testers track runs and results in their own tools. Test cases can be imported and exported as CSV or JSON.
Yes. Print documents to PDF, or export artifacts as Markdown, CSV or JSON.
